We are a beautiful community located in South San Jose off of Blossom Hill and Santa Teresa, just steps from shopping, dining, public transportation and so much more! From our Olympic size swimming pool, hydro-therapy spa and hot tub, to our state-of-the-art fitness center, the amenities here are endless. We are getting ready to under-go a remodel of our clubhouse to add a business center, a wireless internet cafe, a game room and even a yoga studio in our fitness facility! The interior of your new home is fully appointed. Some of the features of your home include: all of your modern kitchen appliances, full size washer and dryer, private patio or balcony, spacious walk-in closets, additional storage spaces, air conditioning, dual-pane windows, etc. Be sure to bring your cat or dog along because here at Saybrook Pointe we are a pet friendly community with breed/height restrictions. We welcome dogs up to 60lbs, with a $500 deposit and a small monthly pet rent. To better suit your needs, we offer a variety of lease terms. Our apartment deposits vary depending the size of the apartment. For your convenience, we are open 7 days a week.
